The Healing Center Massage Club Membership Guidelines

• All memberships are based  on a monthly debit of $49.95 deducted on the 15th of the month or annual prepayment.
• All massages are to be used within 60 days of previous months debit date. Those not used will be forfeited.
• All memberships are non transferable.
• The Healing Center reserves the right to cancel a client's membership at any time without cause.
•  The Healing Center Massages can be for symptom free maintenance care or can be used for treatment of symptoms as the result of an accident, work injury, or any other acute injury.
• All membership use is based on appointment and hours of operations of The Healing Center.
• Additional massage appointments (within the month) will be $40.00 and paid at the time of service.
• Spouses may receive massages for $40.00 a service as long as the other spouse is a member of The Healing Center Massage Club.
• No cash or credit refunds for unused services.
